HomeMy WebLinkAbout1971-086 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71 -86 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO WRITE -OFF UNCOLLECTIBLE CHECKS WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported that the following checks made payable to the City of Brooklyn Center Liquor stores are uncollectible because the payers' checking accounts upon which they were drawn have been closed and that attempts to locate the payers have been unsuccessful: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to authorize the City Manager to write off of the City records as uncollectible the following checks: D.
