HomeMy WebLinkAbout1971-122 CCR Member john Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71 -122 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ON CITY PROPERTY WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center has acquired certain properties for park and other public purposes which have special assessments due thereon, and WHEREAS, it is an established City policy to cancel the special assessments on City property from the Hennepin County tax rolls and to set up same for payment through the City Finance Office NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is authorized and directed to cancel all unpaid special assessments on the following parcels in the amounts listed, and the Finance Office be directed to set up total unpaid principal for payment according to established City policy.
