HomeMy WebLinkAbout1971-032 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71 -32 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STREET BASE SURFACING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1971 -4 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center requesting Street Base Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1971 -4, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Street Base Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1971 -4; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement project, described as follows: 1971 -4 Street Base Surfacing Shingle Creek Parkway from 65th Avenue North to 67th Avenue North. a_ February 22, 1971 Date Mayor ATTEST: 6 lerk I The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Vernon Ausen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: John Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
