HomeMy WebLinkAbout1971-035 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 71 -35 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CIVIC CENTER LOCKER BID WHEREAS, the City Manager and City Clerk have reported that on February 16, 1971, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., C.S.T., they opened and tabulated bids received for lockers at the Civic Center as follows: Bidder: Flxible Company Cash Payment Bid: .................$15,915.12 Time Payment Bid: a) Payment on July 1, 1971 $3,978.78 b) Payment on July 1, 1972 $4,881.91 c) Payment on July 1, 1973 $4,496.02 d) Payment on July 1, 1974 $4,237.40 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota to accept the time payment bid of the Flxible Company on the following scheduled basis: a) Payment on July 1, 1971 $3,978.78 b) Payment on July 1, 1972 $4,881.91 c) Payment on July 1, 1973 $4,496.02 d) Payment on July 1, 1974 $4,237.40 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED to authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute a contract with said bidder. February 22. 1971 Date Mayor ATTEST: �erk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
