and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 70 -210
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK
(CONTRACTED BY CITY)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the
City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota,
has satisfactorily completed the following improvement in accord-
ance with said contract:
Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -41 (Contract 1969 -A)
65th Ave. No. from Humboldt Ave. to future Shingle Creek Pkwy,.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted
and approved.
2. The value of work performed is less than the original
contract amount b $1,225.00 because the s amend

the method of calculating the pay depths of the sanitary sewer.
3. It is hereby confirmed that final payment has been satis-
fied on said contract on October 19, 1970, taking the contractor's
receipt in full. The total amount paid for said contract for said
improvement project was $25,737.00.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John
Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard;
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
