resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-227
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING BRIDGE IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 1970 -23 AND ORDERING PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to
initiate Bridge Improvement Project No. 1970 -23;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer
to prepare plans and specifications for said Bridge Improve-
ment Project No. 1970 -23, described as follows:

On Shingle Creek Parkway crossing over F.A.I. 94.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by member Vernon Ausen and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Philip Cohen, john Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
