HomeMy WebLinkAbout1970-227 CCR Member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-227 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING BRIDGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1970 -23 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Bridge Improvement Project No. 1970 -23; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Bridge Improve- ment Project No. 1970 -23, described as follows: f 1970 -23 Bridge On Shingle Creek Parkway crossing over F.A.I. 94. November 9, 1970 Date Mayor /7 ATTEST dlerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Vernon Ausen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, john Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
