Cashiers, Part -time A /B /C /D 1.85/2.05/2.30/2.40/hr. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be authorized to employ such part -time and seasonal help as may be necessary, and to establish com- petitive rates of pay for such help consistent with the 1971 budget appropriations; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the salary schedules contained herein shall become effective January 1, 1971; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council, in recognition that certain salary rates have not yet been successfully negotiated in the Departments of Police, Parks and Recreation, and Public Works, has extended 1970 salary rates for related job classifications with the intent of making appropriate amend- ments upon completion of negotiations.
