HomeMy WebLinkAbout1970-145 CCR Member Vernon Ausen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70 -145 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS ON SEPTEMBER 29, 1970 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, to hold a public hearing on special assessments at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 29th day of September, 1970, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., daylight savings time, on the following improve- ment projects: Street Grading, Base 6 Surfacing 1969 -34 1969 -43 and Street Grading 1969 -37 1969 -51 1969 -56 and Curb 8 Gutter 1969 -35 1969 -44 and Storm Sewer 1969 -39 1969 -69 1969 -55 1969 -74 1969 -58 and Sanitary Sewer 1969 -33 1969 -54 1969 -41 1969 -68 and Sanitary Interceptor 1969 -36 1969 -45 and P. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Vernon Ausen and Howard Heck; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
