RESOLUTION NO. 70 -145
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON
PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS ON SEPTEMBER 29, 1970
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn
Center, Minnesota, to hold a public hearing on special assessments
at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 29th day of September, 1970, at
8:00 o'clock P.M., daylight savings time, on the following improve-
ment projects:
Street Grading, Base 6 Surfacing

and Street Grading

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Howard Heck, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary,
Vernon Ausen and Howard Heck;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
