and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70 -147
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTATION FOR HOLLOW METAL
DOOR FRAMES AND DOORS
WHEREAS, the City Manage4and City Clerk have reported that on
August 18, 1970 they opened and tabulated quotations received for the furnishing
of hollow metal doors and frames for five park shelter buildings and that said
quotations were as follows:
Name Quotation
Pearson Lalonde, Inc. 5,775.00
Soley Iron Works 8,125.00
Trussbilt, Inc. 5,625.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the quotation of Trussbilt, Inc. for the
furnishing of hollow metal door frames and doors in the amount of $5,625.00
in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best quotation submitted
by a responsible company and said quotation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of. the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Howard Heck, and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow-
ing voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Vernon Ausen,
and Howard Heck;
and the following -voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
