HomeMy WebLinkAbout1970-152 CCR Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70 -152 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1970 -21 AND WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1970 -22 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center requesting Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1970 -21 and Water Main Improvement Project No. 1970 -22, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate the above mentioned improvement projects. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement projects, described as follows: 1970 -21 Sanitary Sewer 69th Avenue North from Lyndale Avenue to Bryant Avenue, and on an existing 60 ft. easement whose centerline extends from a point on 69th Avenue North lying approximately 456 feet west of Lyndale Avenue to a point on 70th Avenue North lying approximately 408 feet west of Lyndale Avenue. 1970 -22 Water Plain On an existing 60 ft. easement whose centerline extends from a point on 69th Avenue North lying approximately 456 feet west of Lyndale Avenue to a point on 70th Avenue North lying approximately 408 feet west of Lyndale Avenue.
