HomeMy WebLinkAbout1970-179 CCR Member Vernon Ausen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70 -179 RESOLUTION AWARDING PROPOSAL FOR LUBRICATION EQUIPMENT WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Director of Finance have reported that on Thursday, September 28, 1970 at 2 P.M. they opened and tabulated proposals received for the purchase of Lubrication Equipment for the City of Brooklyn Center and that said proposals were as follows: Name Total Proposal Alemite Co. 3061.30 Oil Equipment Service Sales Co. 3772.31 Graco 3858.49 Hayden Murphey Equipment Co. 3858.49 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the proposal of Alemite Co. in the amount of $3061.30 for the furnishing of Lubrication Equipment including a heavy duty chassis pump, all in accordance with the specifications, is deemed to be the best proposal submitted by a responsible company and said proposal is hereby accepted. September 28, 1970 Date Mayor ATTEST: v Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Vernon Ausen and Howard Heck; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
