HomeMy WebLinkAbout1970-017 CCR Member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70 -17 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1970 -2 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Water Main Improvement Project No. 1970 -2; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Water Main Improvement Project No. 1970 -2, described as follows: 1970 -2 Water Main 69th Avenue North from Dupont Avenue to Bryant Avenue; on City property overlying the northerly extension of Bryant Avenue North from 69th Avenue to 70th Avenue; 70th Avenue North from the northerly extension of Bryant Avenue to Camden Avenue; and Camden Avenue North from 70th Avenue to a point approximately 650 feet north of 70th Avenue. February 2, 1970 Date Mayor ATTEST: CYerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
