HomeMy WebLinkAbout1970-035 CCR Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70 -35 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING DEEP WELL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS NO. 1970 -18, 1970 -1C 1970 -1D (WELL 97) AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Deep Well Improvement Projects No. 1970 -18, 1970 -1C and 1970 -1D "for Brooklyn Center Well #7. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement projects, described as follows: 1970 -1B CONNECTING WELL PUMP TO SYSTEM AT WELL #7. 1970 -1C ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION FOR WELL #7 (MAIN SERVICE PU14PING EQUIPMENT). 1970 -1D ACCESSORY EQUIPMENT FOR WELL #7 (CHEMICAL SCALE DUAL HEAD PUMP). March 30. 1970 Date Mayor ATTEST: g Clerrk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Theodore Willard and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard, Heck and Theodore Willard. and the following voted against the same: None. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
