RESOLUTION NO. 70 -61
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR FURNISHING AND
DELIVERY OF COLD WATER METERS
WHEREAS, the City Clerk and City Engineer have reported that on
May 12, 1970, at 2 :00 P.M., they opened and tabulated bids received for
furnishing and delivery of cold water meters and that said bids were as
follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Brooklyn Center that the bid of Power Process Equipment, Inc, for the
furnishing and delivery of displacement type cold water meters, with tail
pieces, as reflected in the above tabulation for sizes 5/8 "x 3/4", 3/4"' ill
and 1-1/2", in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best
bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Vernon Ausen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, john Leary, Vernon Ausen,
Howard Heck and Theodore Willard;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
