HomeMy WebLinkAbout1970-062 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70 -62 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 69 -230 RELATIVE TO ANIMAL CONTROL RATES WHEREAS, on May 26, 1969, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 69 -230 establishing a schedule of compensation rates for the Animal Control program; and WHEREAS, on March 30, 1970, the City Manager announced to the Council the intention to provide a distemper shot for all animals apprehended by the Animal Control Officer: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota to amend the schedule of compensation rates contained in Resolution No. 69 -230 by the addition of the following: 5. The sum of $3.00 for each animal given a distemper shot. May 25, 1970 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Vernon Ausen, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
