HomeMy WebLinkAbout1970-070 CCR Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70 -70 RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1969 -76 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that it is hereby determined that it is necessary and for the best interests of the City and the owners of property specially benefitted thereby, that the following improvement shall be constructed: Project No. 1969 -76 Water Main in Camden Avenue North from 55th Avenue to 57th Avenue, and 56th Avenue North from Camden Avenue to 4th Street. The estimated cost is $15,743.00. June 8, 1970 Date Mayor ATTEST: The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member John Leary, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, (Vernon Ausen abstained) whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. i
