HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-264 CCR i 2 81 After completing the foregoing canvass, member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69 -264 RESOLUTION REGARDING CANVASS OF JULY 15, 1969 SPECIAL CITY ELECTION BE IT RESOLVED that it is hereby determined upon the foregoing canvass that the question: "Shall the City of Brooklyn Center issue "On -Sale" Liquor Licenses to private persons as provided by Minnesota Statutes 340 :353 as amended by Senate File 271, 1969 Minnesota Leg is lature is declared to be resolved in ths,affirmative. Tuly 15, 1969 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
