U. WATER HOOK -UPS; AND P. U. WATER REVENUE 69 HOOK -UPS; AND SEWER CONNECTIONS. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The City Clerk has, with the assistance of the Engineer heretofore selected by this Council for such purpose, calculated the proper amounts to be specially assessed for the improvements known as the improvements listed above of said City against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land in accordance with the pro- visions of law, and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk tabulated statements in duplicate showing the proper description of each and every lot, piece or parcel of land to be specially assessed and the amount calculated against the same, 2. Notice has been duly published as required by law that this Council would meet in regular session on Monday, September 22, 1969, and in special session on Monday, September 29, 1969, to pass on the proposed assessments. 3. Said proposed assessments have at all times been open to inspection and copying by all persons interested, and opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their objections, if any, to such proposed assessments, or to any item thereof. 4. This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces or parcels of land enumerated in said proposed assessments was and is specially benefitted by said improvement in the amount of said pro- posed assessment set opposite the description of each such lot, piece or parcel of land, and that amount so set out is hereby levied against each of the respective lots, pieces or parcels of land therein described. RESOLUTION NO. 69 -289 5. Such proposed assessments are adopted and confirmed, and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessments are affirmed, adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessments for each of said lots, pieces or parcels of land respectively. 6. Said assessments as adopted and confirmed shall be certified to by the City Clerk and filed in his office, and shall thereon be and constitute the special assessments for the payment of the above listed improvements. 7. The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel of land shall bear interest from the date hereof until the same have been paid at the rate of eight per cent (8o) per annum. 8. Such assessments shall be payable in equal installments beginning in the year 1969 payable on the 16th day of November in each succeeding year and continuing until all of said installments shall have been paid, each installment to be collected with the taxes collectible during said year by the County Auditor. Water Improvement No's. 1968 -33, 1968 -35, 1968 -37 1968 -39, 1968 -42 1968 -45 1968 -50 1969 -2 1969 -4, 1969 -6 1969 -8 1969 -10, 1969 -12 1969 -14 1969 -18 1969 -20, 1969 -22 1969 -24 1969 -26 1969 -28 1969 -30, 1969 -64 and 1969 -70 in twenty equal annual installments. D. Water Improvement No's. 1969 -32, 1969 -40, 1969 -53 and 1969 -73 in fifteen equal annual installments. E. Water Improvement No. 1969 -60 in three equal annual installments. F. Street Improvement No's. 1967 -43, 1968 -7 1968 -9 1968 -17 1968 -25, 1968 -28, 1968 -30, 1968 -32 1968 -34 1968 -36 1968 -38, 1968 -41 1968 -43, 1968 -46, 1968 -47 1969 -7, 1969 -27, 1969 -29 and 1969 -65 in seven equal annual installments. G. Grading, Base 6 Surfacing Improvement No's. 1968 -3, 1968 -10 and 1968 -51 in seven equal annual installments. H. Grading, Base Surfacing Improvement No. 1968 -51 also in five equal annual installments. RESOLUTION NO. 69 -289 I. Curb 8 Cutter Improvement No's. 1968 -4, 1968 -11 1968 -52 1968 -53 and 1969 -75 in fifteen equal annual installments. J. Curb Gutter Improvement No. 1968 -52 also in five equal annual installments. K. Storm Sewer Improvement No's. 1968 -12, 1968 -48 1969 -62 and 1969 -66 in twenty equal annual installments. L. Public Utilities Water Hook -Ups in twenty equal annual installments. M. Public Utilities Water Hook -Ups in three equal annual installments. N. Public Utilities Water Revenue 69 in twenty equal annual installments. 0. Sewer Connections in twenty equal annual installments. P. Sewer Connections in three equal annual installments. 9. The City Clerk is hereby directed to make up and file in the office of the County Auditor of Hennepin County a certified statement of the amount which will be due thereon the sixteenth day of November in each succeeding year.
