HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-310 CCR Member john Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69 -310 RESOLUTION REGARDING CANVASS OF NOVEMBER 4, 1969 CITY ELECTION BE IT RESOLVED that it is hereby determined upon the foregoing canvass that Philip Q. Cohen is declared to be the duly elected Mayor of the City of Brooklyn Center, and BE IT RESOLVED that it is hereby determined upon the foregoing canvass that Vernon Ausen is declared to be a duly elected Councilman of the City of Brooklyn Center; and BE IT RESOLVED that it is hereby determined upon the foregoing canvass that Howard Heck is declared to be a duly elected Councilman of the City of Brooklyn Center. November 4, 1969 Date Mayor s ATTEST: r 'i Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Theodore Willard, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, john Leary, Earl Rydberg Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
