Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69 -112
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 68 -274 ADOPTED
NOVEMBER 25, 1968, AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 68 -269
ADOPTED NOVEMBER 25, 1968
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 68 -274 established Sanitary Sewer
Improvement Project No. 1969 -50, and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 68 -269 established Sanitary Sewer,
Force Main 8 Sewage Lift Station Improvement Project No. 1969 -36, and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the establishing of Sanitary Sewer
Force Main 6 Sewage Lift Station Improvement Project No. 1969 -36 and
Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969-50,,. additional sanitary
sewer service was requested by certain developers, thereby making it
more feasible to incorporate the sanitary sewer construction work
described in Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -50 into
Sanitary Sewer, Force Main 8 Sewage Lift Station Improvement Project
No. 1969 -36,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota to rescind Resolution No. 68 -274
and to amend so much of Resolution No. 68 -269 as pertains to the
description of said improvement project to read as follows:
1969 -36 Sanitary Sewer Interceptor, Force Main 8 Sewage
Lift Station
Shingle Creek Parkway from County Road 10 to I.H. 94;
on easement from intersection of County Road 10 and
Shingle Creek Parkway southwesterly approximately
770 feet; Lushine Drive from Shingle Creek Parkway
to T.H. 100; and Sheehan Road from Shingle Creek Parkway
to T.H. 100; on easement adjacent to the north right -of -way
of County Road 10 from Shingle Creek Parkway to. approximately
550 feet east of Shingle Creek Parkes

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen,
John Leary, Earl Rydberg and Howard Heck;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
