Home My WebLink About1969-113 CCR 265 Member john Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69 -113 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 68 -269 ADOPTED NOVEMBER 25, 1968 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 68 -269 established Water Main Improvement Project No. 1969 -32, and WHEREAS, subsequent to the establishment of Water Main Improvement Project No. 1969 -32, additional developer requests have been received which propose the extension of the water main service area previously described. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota to amend so much of Resolution No. 68 -269 as pertains to the description of Water Main Improve- ment Project No. 1969 -32 to read as follows: 1969 -32 Water Main On easement adjacent to the north side of County Road 10 from T.H. 152 right -of -way to Xerxes Avenue, and from Northway Drive (east of Xerxes Avenue) to approximately 550 feet east of Shingle Creek; Shingle Creek Parkway from County Road 10 to I.H. 94; on easement adjacent to the southerly side of I.H. 94 to approximately 300 feet southeasterly of Shingle Creek Parkway to inplace water main stub; on easement adjacent to the northerly side of I.H. 94 from inplace water main stub to approximately 300 feet northwesterly; on easement northeasterly from I.H. 94 to approximately 760 feet northeasterly of the northerly right -of -way line of I.H. 94; Sheehan Road from Shingle Creek Parkway to T.H. 100; Lushine Drive from Shingle Creek Parkway to approximately 1,100 feet south- easterly of Shingle Creek Parkway;and in Northway Drive, (west of Xerxes Avenue) from Xerxes Avenue to County Road 10. March 24, 1969 Date Mayor Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Earl Rydberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
