HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-117 CCR Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69 -117 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 68 -276 ADOPTED NOVEMBER 25, 1969 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 68 -276 established Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -54 and Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -55, and WHEREAS, subsequent to the establishment of Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -54, a more detailed investigation of the improvement has found the following amended routing to be more feasible, and WHEREAS, additional requests of the developer have made necessary the extension of the original description of the area covered by Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -55. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota to amend so much of Resolution No. 68 -276 as pertains to the description of said Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -54 and Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -55 to read as follows: 1969 -54 Sanitary Sewer Shingle Creek Parkway from County Road 130 to Xerxes Avenue North; Xerxes Avenue North from Shingle Creek Parkway to I.H. 94; and on easement easterly from Xerxes Avenue North for a distance of approximately 615 feet to existing sanitary sewer manhole. 1969 -55 Storm Sewer Shingle Creek Parkway from County Road 130 to Xerxes Avenue North; Xerxes Avenue North from Shingle Creek Parkway to I.H. 94; on easement westerly for a distance of approximately 410 feet from a point on centerline Shingle Creek Parkway approximately 775 feet north westerly of centerline Xerxes Avenue North; and on easement overlying the extension of Shingle Creek Parkway from Xerxes Avenue North t :Shin e eek..
