HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-121 CCR r 1 9.3 Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69 -121 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1969 -73 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council requesting Water Main Improvement Project No. 1969 -73, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Water Main Improvement Project No. 1969 -73. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement project, described as follows: 1969 -73 Water Main On easement overlying vacated James Avenue North from 69th Avenue to the south line of Outlots A 6 B of Twin Cities Interchange'Park; and on easement from a point on vacated James Avenue North lying approximately 823 feet south of County Road 130 centerline westerly to the west line of said Outlot B. March 24, 1969 Date 6 Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Theodore Willard and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
