Member john Leary introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69 -128
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1969 -41
WHEREAS, it is proposed that there be constructed an improve-
ment consisting of the following:

1969 -41 Sanitary sewer in 65th Avenue North from Humboldt
Avenue to approximately 1,000 feet west of
Humboldt Avenue; and on easement overlying the
extension of 65th Avenue North northwesterly to
proposed Shingle Creek Parkway. $19,910.00
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made a preliminary report'ad-
vising that said proposed improvement is feasible and thatit can be
constructed at the estimated cost indicated above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota as follows:
1. The Council proposes to proceed under authority granted by
Chapter 429, Minnesota Statutes,
2. A public hearing on the proposed improvement shall be held
at the City Hall in the City on Monday, the 21st day of April, 1969,
at 8:00 o'clock P.M., central standard time, and the Clerk shall pub
lish notice of the time and place of hearing by two weeks' publication
in the official newspaper of the City.
3. The area proposed to be assessed for said improvement con-
sists of the lots and parcels bounded or described as follows:
Lot 3, Block 1, Twin Cities Interchange Park;
Outlot F, Twin Cities Interchange Park; and
that part of Outlot C, Twin Cities Interchange Park, lying east
and south of a line described as: Beginning at the most south-
erly corner of Tract B. Registered Land Survey No. 1274; thence
North 23 degrees, 08 minutes, 59 seconds East (bearing derived
from said Registered Land Survey) to an intersection with the
westerly prolongation of the north line of Lot 3, Block 1, Twin
Cities Interchange Park; thence to the northeast corner of said
Lot 3 and there terminating.
4. This proposed improvement shall be designated Sanitary
Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -41.

RESOLUTION NO. 69 -128
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Theodore Willard,and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, john Leary,
Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
