HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-159 CCR Member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69 -159 RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS EQUIPMENT AND AUTHORIZING DISPOSAL THEREOF WHEREAS, on September 18, 1967 the Brooklyn Center City Council adopted Resolution No. 67 -288 authorizing participation in a joint purchasing agreement: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota to declare the following automotive equipment as surplus equipment and to authorize disposal of said equipment to the highest bidder (s) at an auction to be conducted under the auspices of the joint purchasing program: 1968 4 Door Plymouth Serial No. PK41G8D262130 1968 4 Door Plymouth Serial No. PK41G8D262129 1968 4 Door Plymouth Serial No. PK41G8D262128 1963 3/4 Ton Truck Chevrolet Serial No. 3C253J110403 1960 1 Ton Truck Chevrolet Serial No. OC363JI18145 April 14, 1969 Awl Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted: in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, john Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
