HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-165 CCR Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69 -165 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE WHEREAS, The City Manager and City Clerk have reported that on April 15, 1969, at 10:00 A.M., they opened and tabulated bids received for the furnishing of Reinforced Concrete Pipe and that said bids were as follows: 15" RCP 12" RCP 27" 39" C.B. Class 4 Class 4 C.B. Bases Bidder Per ft. Per ft. Per ft. Each Total Elk River 2.90 2.12 8.85 8.80 7,015.00 North Star 2.92 2.15 NB 13.45 6,432.50 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the bid of Elk River Concrete Products for the furnishing of Reinforced Concrete Pipe in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepte April 21, 1969 Date Mayor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
