HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-205 CCR J The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the con- sideration of proposed Sanitary Sewer Interceptor, Force Main 6 Sewage Lift Station Improvement Project No. 1969 -36. The Clerk produced an affidavit of publication of notice of hearing on the proposed improvement showing two weeks' publication thereof in the official newspaper, the last publication being on May 8, 1969, which affidavit was examined and found satis- factory and ordered placed on file. The Mayor then called upon all property owners present to present arguments either for or against the proposed improvement. After hearing and considering all objections, and the property owners appearing in favor of said improvement, member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69 -205 RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR, FORCE MAIN, SEWAGE LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO.1969 -36 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that it is hereby determined that it is necessary and for the best interests of the City and the owners of property specially benefitted thereby, that the following improvement shall be constructed: Project No. 1969 -36 Sanitary sewer interceptor, force main and sewage lift station in Shingle Creek Parkway from County Road 10 to I.H. 94; on easement from intersection of County Road 10 and Shingle Creek Parkway southwesterly approximately 770 feet; Lushine Drive from Shingle Creek Parkway to T.H. 100; Sheehan Road from Shingle Creek Parkway to T.H. 100; and on easement adjacent to the north right -of -way of County Road 10 from Shingle Creek Parkway to approximately 550 feet east of Shingle Creek Parkway. The estimated cost is $221,266.00, based on contract bid prices.
