HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-225 CCR Member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69 -225 RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER SERVICES 6 LATERAL EXTENSIONS, WATER MAIN SERVICES, 6 STORM SEWER EXTENSIONS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1969 -72 WHEREAS, on March 24, 1969, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 69 -120 establishing Sanitary Sewer Services 6 Lateral Extensions, Water Main Services, and Storm Sewer Extensions Improvement Project No. 1969 -72, and ordering preparation of plans and specifications for said improvement project, and WHEREAS, the City Council has resolved to proceed with Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1969 -67, on 73rd Avenue North from Lyndale Avenue to Humboldt Avenue. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that it is hereby determined that it is necessary and for the best interests of the City and the owners of property benefitted thereby, that the following improvement shall be constructed: Project No, 1969 -72 Sanitary sewer services and lateral extensions, water main services, and storm sewer extensions in 73rd Avenue North from Lyndale Avenue to Humboldt Avenue. The estimated cost is $23, 819.00, based on contract bid prices.
