HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-010 CCR I Member Earl Rydberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69 -10 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1969 -59 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center requesting Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -59, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -59. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -59, described as follows: 1969 -59 Storm Sewer On easement overlying the extension of 65th Avenue North from approximately 1,000 feet west of Humboldt Avenue to approximately 1,715 feet west of Humboldt Avenue; on easement southwesterly overlying the northeasterly exten- sion of Shingle Creek Parkway to I.H. 94; and on easement adjacent to the northerly side of I.H. 94 to approximately 300 feet southeasterly of Shingle Creek Parkway to inplace storm sewer stub. Tanuary 6, 1969 Date Mayor ATTEST :Ze L 4e The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
