HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-011 CCR i Member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69 -11 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT N0: 1969 -60, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT r. PROJECT NO. 1969 -61, STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1969 -62 AND STREET SURFACING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1969 -63, AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council requesting Water Main Improvement Project No. 1969 -60, Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -61 Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -62, and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1969 -63, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate the above mentioned improvement projects. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement projects, described as follows: 1969 -60 Water Main Irving Avenue North from approximately 125 feet south of 70th Avenue to 71st Avenue; and 70th Avenue North from Irving Avenue to James Avenue. 1969. -61 Sanitary Sewer Irving Avenue North from 70th Avenue to 71st Avenue; and 70th Avenue North from Irving Avenue to James Avenue. 1969 -62 Storm Sewer On easement overlying the extension of 70th Avenue North from Humboldt Avenue to Irving Avenue. 1969 -63 Street Surfacing Irving Avenue North from approximately 125 feet south of 70th Avenue to 71st Avenue; and 70th Ave ue North from Irving Avenue to James Avenm— i January 6, 1969 Date Mayor ATTEST: C erk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
