Member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON CITY PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center has acquired certain
properties for park and other public purposes which have special
assessments due thereon, and
WHEREAS, it is an established City policy to cancel the
special assessments on City property from the Hennepin County tax
rolls and to set up same for payment through the City Finance Office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized and directed to cancel all unpaid special assessments on
the following parcels in the amounts listed, and the Finance Office
be directed to set up total unpaid principal for payment according
to established City policy:
Plat 90068, Parcel 8100
That part of Outlot H, Twin Cities Interchange Park, lying
easterly of a line bearing north 28 41' -24" east from the
northeast corner of Block 3, Garden City lst Addition.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen,
Howard Heck Earl Rydberg, and Thgodore Willard,
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
