HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-089 CCR 211 Member Earl Rydberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69 -89 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN TAX FORFEITED LAND IN THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER TO BE USED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES WHEREAS, there is situated within the boundaries of the City of Brooklyn Center and the County of Hennepin certain tax forfeited land; and WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center desires to obtain the said land for public purposes: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the City Manager be instructed to make application for conveyance of tax forfeited lands as herein described and further, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to sign such application for conveyance. The land is described as follows: Plat 89282, Parcel 5000 Lot 10, Block 1, Burch and Wise Park Addition Plat 89741, Parcel 8800 Tract K, Registered Land Survey No. 1023, Files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin. i February 17, 1969 Date Mayor ATTEST: S?. Deputy Cle3�k The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg, and Howard Heck; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
