HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-111 CCR 291 Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69 -111 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1969 -69, AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council requesting Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -69, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -69. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -69, described as follows: 1969 -69 Storm Sewer On a line crossing Shingle Creek Parkway from the easterly right -of -way of Shingle Creek Parkway to Shingle Creek, at approximately 500 feet north of County Road 10. March 10, 1969 Date Mayor ATTEST: "��C� Date V The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Theodore Willard and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
