RESOLUTION NO. 68 196
RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn
Center, Minnesota, to hold a public hearing on special assessments
at the City Hall on Monday, the 23rd day of September, 1968, at
8:00 o'clock P.M., central daylight time, on the following improve-
ment projects:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member EarlRydberg, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen,
John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard;
and the following voted against the same:
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
