HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968-207 CCR1 Member Howard Heck introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1968 -49 WHEREAS, it is proposed that there be constructed an improvement consisting of the following: 1968 -49 Sanitary sewer in Camden Avenue North from 65th Avenue to a point approximately 900 feet south of 65th Avenue North. WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made a preliminary report advis- ing that said proposed improvement is feasible and that it can be con- structed at an estimated cost of $5,717.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The Council proposes to proceed under authority granted by Chapter 429, Minnesota Statutes. 2. A public hearing on the proposed improvement shall be held at the City Hall in the City on Monday, the 23rd day of September, 1968, at 7:32 o'clock P.M., central daylight time, and the Clerk shall publish notice of the time and place of hearing by two weeks' publication in the official newspaper of the city. 3. The area proposed to be assessed for said improvement is as follows: ATTEST: RESOLUTION NO. 68 -207 ALL LOTS AND PARCELS ABUTTING THE ABOVE DESCRIBED STREETS TO BE BENEFITTED BY THE IMPROVEMENT. 4. This proposed improvement shall be designated Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1968 -49. September 9, 1968 Date The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member EarlRydberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg and Howard Heck; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
