HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968-216 CCR1 1 Member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON CITY PROPERTY WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center has acquired certain properties for park and other public purposes which have special assessments due thereon, and WHEREAS, it is an established City policy to cancel the special assessments on City property from the Hennepin County tax rolls and to set up same for payment through the City Finance office. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is authorized and directed to cancel special assessments on the follow- ing parcel in the amount listed, and the Finance Office be directed to set up total unpaid principal for payment according to established City policy: ATTEST: That part of Lot 23, Auditor's Subdivision No. 218, lying west of a line running from a point in the north line of Lot 23 distant 193.41 feet west from the northeast corner thereof to a point in the south line of Lot 23, distant 193.36 feet west from the southeast corner thereof.
