1968 -15, 1968 -20, AND 1968 -27 AND WATER IMPROVEMENT NO'S.
1967 -36, 1967 -49, 1968 -2, 1968 -6, 1968 -8, 1968 -13, 1968 -16,
1968 -19, 1968 -24, 1968 -26, 1968 -29, AND 1968 -31 AND
STREET IMPROVEMENT NO'S. 1967 -2, 1967 -18, 1967 -25, 1967 -29,
1967 -33, 1967 -37, 1967 -40, AND 1967 -46, AND GRADING,
BASE SURFACING IMPROVEMENT NO'S. 1967 -10, 1967 -14,
1967 -50, AND 1968 -22 AND CURB GUTTER IMPROVEMENT:; NO'S.

STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO'S. 1967 -28, 1967 -38, 1967 -41,
1967 -44 AND 1967 -52 AND P.U. WATER HOOK -UPS AND P. U.
WATER REVENUE 68 HOOKUPS AND SEWER CONNECTION AND
HAZARD REMOVAL.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn
Center, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The City Clerk has, with the assistance of the Engineer
heretofore selected, by this Council for such purpose, calculated the
proper amounts to be specially assessed for the improvements known
as the improvements listed above of said, City against every assess-
able lot, piece or parcel of land in accordance with the provisions
of law, and has prepared, and filed with the City Clerk tabulated
statements in duplicate showing the proper description of each and
every lot, piece or parcel of land to be specially assessed and, the
amount calculated, against the same.
2. Notice has been duly published, as required by law that
this Council would meet in special session on Monday, September 16,
1968, and, in regular session on Monday, September 23, 1968,, to pass
on the proposed assessments.

3. Said proposed assessments have at all times been open to
inspection and, copying by all persons interested, and opportunity has
been given to all interested persons to present their objections, if
any, to such proposed assessments, or to any item thereof.
4. This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces or
parcels of land enumerated in said proposed, assessments was and is
specially benefitted by said improvement in the amount of said pro-
posed assessment set opposite the description of each such Lot,
piece or parcel of land, and, that amount so set out is hereby levied
against each of the respective lots, pieces or parcels of land therein
described.

5. Such proposed, assessments are adopted and, confirmed, and
the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessments are affirmed,
adopted and confirmed as the proper special assessments for each of
said, lots, pieces or parcels of land respectively.
6. Said assessments as adopted, and confirmed shall be
certified, to by the City Clerk and filed, in his office, and shall
thereon be and, constitute the special assessments for the payment
of the above listed improvements.
7. The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel
of land, shall bear interest from the date hereof until the same
have been paid, at the rate of six per cent(6/) per annum.
8. Such assessments shall be payable in equal installments
beginning in the year 1969 payable on the first day of January in
each year and, continuing until all of said installments shall have
been paid, each installment to be collected with taxes collectible
during said year by the County Auditor.
A. Sanitary Interceptor Lift Station Improvement No.
1967 -4 in twenty equal annual installments.
B. Sanitary Sewer Improvement No's. 1967 -16, 1967 -27,
1967 -48, 1968 -14, 1968 -15, 1968 -20, and 1968 -27 in
twenty annual equal installments.
C. Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1967 -27 also in three
equal annual installments.
D. Water Improvement No's. 1967 -36, 1967 -49, 1968 -2,
1968 -6, 1968 -8, 1968 -13, 1968 -16, 1968 -19,
1968 -24, 1968 -26, 1968 -29, and, 1968 -31 in twenty equal
annual installments.
D. Street Improvement No's 1967 -2, 1967 -18, 1967 -25,
1967 -29, 1967 -33, 1967 -37, 1967 -40, and, 1967 -46
in seven equal annual installments.
E. Grading, Base, Surfacing No's. 1967 -10, 1967 -14,
1967 -50, and 1968 -22 in seven equal annual installments.
F. Curb Gutter Improvement No's. 1967 -11, 1967.15,
1967 -51, and 1968 -23 in fifteen equal annual installments.
G. Curb Gutter Improvement No. 1967 -19 in ten equal
annual installments.
H. Storm Sewer Improvement No's. 1967 -28, 1967 -38,
1967 -41, 1967 -44, and 1967 -52 in twenty equal annual
installments.

I. Storm Sewer Improvement No. 1967 -28 also in three
equal annual installments.
J. Public Utilites Water Hook -ups in twenty equal annual
installments.
K. Public Utilities Water Revenue 68 in twenty equal annual
installments.
L. Sewer Connection in twenty equal annual installments.
M. Hazard Removal in one equal annual installment.
9. The City Clerk is hereby directed to make up and file
in the office of the County Auditor of Hennepin County a certified
statement of the amount which will be due thereon the first day of
January in each year.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member john Leary and upon vote being taken'
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen,
Min Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said, resolution was declared duly passed. and adopted.
