HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968-250 CCR1 Member Theodore Willard resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION COMMENDING THE BROOKLYN CENTER POST FOR BOND ISSUE COVERAGE WHEREAS, the Brooklyn Center Post has published a series of articles, comments and pictures regarding the Capital Improvements program; and WHEREAS, the City Council feels that these publications were extremely helpful in promoting understanding of the program and informing the citizens of the program: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, to express appreciation to the Brooklyn Center Post for its service to our community. November 18, 1968 Date introduced the following RESOLUTION NO, 68 -250 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
