HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968-251 CCRMember Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: ATTEST: RESOLUTION NO. 68 -251 RESOLUTION DEFERRING ACTION ON APPLICATION NO. 68018 NOVEMBER 7, 1968 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING WHEREAS, on August 19, 1968 the City Council reviewed Application No. 68018 submitted by Glad and Miller; and WHEREAS, the City Council determined with the concurrence of the applicant to table the Application for a period of three months so that the Council could conduct a study of the request; and WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that circumstances and events mitigated against securing the data and information necessary to permit the Council to intelligently evaluate the request: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota to further table Application No. 68018 for a period up to 60 days. November 18, 1968 Date The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
