and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, petitions have been presented to the City
Council requesting Water Main Improvement Project No. 1969 -10
and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1969 -11, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate
Water Main Improvement Project No. 1969 -10 and Street Surfacing
Improvement Project No. 1969 -11.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to
prepare plans and specifications for said Water Main Improvement
Project No. 1969 -10 and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No.
1969 -11, described as follows:

1969 -10 Water Main
Camden Avenue North from 57th Avenue to 59th Avenue;
58th Avenue North from Camden Avenue to 150 feet east
of centerline Camden Avenue; 57th Avenue North from
150 feet west of centerline Aldrich Avenue to 30 feet
east of centerline Camden Avenue; and Aldrich Avenue
North from 56th Avenue to 57th Avenue.
1969 -11 Street Surfacing
Camden Avenue North from 57th Avenue to 59th Avenue;
58th Avenue North from approximately 135 feet west
of Camden Avenue to approximately 255 feet east of
Camden Avenue; 57th Avenue North from approximately
135 feet west of Aldrich Avenue to Camden Avenue;
Aldrich Avenue North from 56th Avenue to 57th Avenue;
and 56th Avenue North from Aldrich Avenue to approxi-
mately 136 feet east of Aldrich AveFee.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member John Leary and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen,
John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
