HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968-270 CCRMember Earl Rydberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 68 -270 approximately 65th Avenue North from Humboldt Avenue to 1000 feet west of Humboldt Avenue. 1969 -41 Sanitary Sewer 65th Avenue North from Humboldt Avenue to approximately 1000 feet west of Humboldt Avenue. 123 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1969 -40, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1969 -41, STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1969 -42, STREET GRADING, BASE SURFACING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1969 -43, AND CURB 6 GUTTER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1969 -44, AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council requesting Water Main Improvement Project No. 1969 -40, Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -41, Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -42, Street Grading, Base 6 Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1969 -43, and Curb Gutter Improvement Project No. 1969 -44, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate said improvement projects as listed above. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement projects, described as follows: 1969 -40 Water Main 1969 -42 Storm Sewer 65th Avenue North from Humboldt Avenue to approximately 1000 feet west of Humboldt Avenue. 1969 -43 Street Grading, Base 6 Surfacing (State Aid Project) 65th Avenue North from Humboldt Avenue to approximately 1000 feet west of Humboldt Avenue. 1969 -44 Curb Gutter (State Aid Project) 65th Avenue North from Humboldt Avenue to approximately 1000 feet west of Humboldt Avenue. 1 1 RESOLUTION NO. 68 -270 November 25. 1968 ATTEST: Date The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member john Leary and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, john Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 125
