HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968-271 CCR1 1 Member John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the City Council requesting Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -45, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -45. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1969 -45, described as follows: ATTEST: RESOLUTION NO. 68 -271 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1969 -45 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFI- CATIONS 1969 -45 Sanitary Sewer On easement in 70th Avenue North (extended) from Humboldt Avenue North to Irving Avenue North (extended); Irving Avenue North (extended) from 70th Avenue North (extended) to County Road 130; and on easement adjacent to the south right -of -way of County Road 130 from approximately 328 feet west of the Humboldt Avenue centerline to approximately 1104 feet west of the Humboldt Avenue centerline. November 25, 1968 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Theodore Willard and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 131
