After hearing and considering all comments made during the
public hearing earlier this evening on Street Surfacing Improvement
Project No. 1967 -43, member Theodore Willard introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 68 -75
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF STREET SURFACING
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1967 -43
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn
Center, Minnesota, that it is hereby determined that it is necessary
and for the best interests of the City and the owners of property
specially benefitted thereby, that the following improvement shall
be constructed:
Project No. 1967 -43
Street surfacing on Willow Lane from 70th Avenue North
to approximately 1725 feet south of 70th Avenue.
The estimated cost is $11,870.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member EarlRydberg and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen,
Min Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
