HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968-077 CCRAfter hearing and considering all comments made during the public hearing earlier this evening on Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project No. 1968 -27, memberEarlRydberg introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1968 -27 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that it is hereby determined that it is necessary and for the best interests of the City and the owners of property specially benefitted thereby, that the following improvement shall be constructed: ATTEST: Project No 1968 -27 RESOLUTION NO. 68 -77 Sanitary sewer in Dallas Road from 70th Avenue North to approximately 695 feet south; utility easement on the south line of Kelley Estates from Dallas Road to approxi- mately 190 feet west; utility easement beginning at the north line of Block 2, Lundgren 3rd Addition, and extend- ing approximately 320 feet south; and 70th Avenue North from Dallas Road to approximately 120 feet east. The estimated cost is $12,610.00. April 1, 1968 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Howard Heck and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
