Member John Leary introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, petitions have been presented to the City
Council requesting Water Main Improvement Project No. 1968 -35
and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1968 -36, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to
initiate Water Main Improvement Project No. 1968 -35 and Street
Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1968 -36.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to
prepare plans and specifications for said Water Main Improvement
Project No. 1968 -35 and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No.
1968 -36, described as follows:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Theodore Willard and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen,
John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
