HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968-094 CCRMember John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, the City Manager and City Clerk have reported that on April 8, 1968 at 10 :00 A.M. they opened and tabulated bids received for the furnishing of Reinforced Concrete Pipe and that said bids were as follows: BIDDER Bladholm Bros. Elk River North Star RESOLUTION NO. 68 -94 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE 15" RCP Class 4 Per ft. 3.42 2.74 2.77 12" RCP Class 4 Per ft. TERMS TOTAL 2.51 Discount 6,730.00 net 30 days 1.98 Net 5,330.00 1.98 Net 5,345.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that the bid of Elk River Concrete Products for the furnishing of Reinforced Concrete Pipe in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible .i• •rr and said id is hereby accepted. Date f Mayor ATTEST: April 15. 1968 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Theodore Willard and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, John Leary, Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
