HomeMy WebLinkAbout1968-104 CCRMember John Leary introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, petitions have been presented to the City Council requesting Water Main Improvement Project No. 1968 -37 and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1968 -38; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Water Main Improvement Project No. 1968 -37 and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1968 -38. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said Water Main Improvement Project No. 1968 -37 and Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1968 -38, described as follows: ATTEST: RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1968 -37 AND STREET SURFACING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1968 -38, AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS 1968 -37 Water Main Camden Avenue North from 67th Avenue to 68th Avenue (extended); 68th Avenue North (extended) from Camden Avenue to 5th Street; 5th Street North from 68th Avenue (extended) to 67th Avenue; 67th Avenue North from Camden Avenue to Lyndale Avenue; and Lyndale Avenue North from 67th Avenue to approximately 350 feet south of 67th Avenue. 1968 -38 Street Surfacing Camden Avenue North from 67th Avenue to 68th Avenue (extended); 68th Avenue North (extended) from Camden Avenue to 5th Street; 5th Street North from 68th Avenue (extended) to 67th Avenue; and 67th Avenue North from Camden Avenue to Lyndale Avenue. May 6, 1968 Date RESOLUTION NO. 68 -104 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member EarlRydberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen, Earl Rydberg, John Leary, and Theodore Willard; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
