(CONTRACTED BY CITY)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the
City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, C. S. McCrossan, Inc., has
satisfactorily completed the following improvement in accordance
with said contract:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center:

Member Theodore Willard introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
Street Surfacing Improvement Project No. 1967 -37
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby
accepted and approved.
2. The value of work performed is less than the original
contract amount by $66.88 because of the deletion of the south
10 feet of Lakeside Avenue, which amounted to approximately 900
square yards, and some additional approach work at the intersection
of Lakeside Avenue and T. H. 100, the net result being an underrun
as shown.
3. It is hereby confirmed that final payment has been
satisfied on said contract on July 8, 1968, taking the contractor's
receipt in full. The total amount paid for said contract for said
improvement project was $9,673.03.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member EarlRydberg and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Philip Cohen,
Earl Rydberg, Howard Heck and Theodore Willard;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
