A DILAPIDATED BUILDING AND ORDERING IT TO BE REMOVED
WHEREAS, John A Rowland is the record owner of a certain building
located at 6214 Fremont Avenue North, Brooklyn Center, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, this building is best described as an abandoned frame
garage structure that was built in 1960 for use as a sales office and model
garage; and
WHEREAS, the construction of this building was originally authorized

within the meaning of that statute;

must comply with this order within twenty (20) days from date of service upon
