and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 68 -190
RESOLUTION REINSTATING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TO HENNEPIN
COUNTY TAX ROLLS FOR SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER
ON LOT 7, BLOCK 1, AND LOT 5, BLOCK 2, LUNDGREN 3rd
ADDITION, PLAT 89559, PARCELS 3500 AND 6000; AND LOT
19, PARCEL 2210, AUD. SUB.# 309, PLAT 89104.
WHEREAS, on June 5, 1961 the City Council (then Village)
of Brooklyn Center passed a resolution temporarily cancelling
from the Hennepin County tax rolls the special assessments for
Sanitary Interceptor and Storm Sewer on Parcel 2200, Lot 19,
Auditor's Subdivision #309, Plat 89104, and
WHEREAS, a portion of said property was unusable as a
building site until such time as an old storm sewer outfall
to the river was intercepted and thereby rendered unnecessary, and
WHEREAS, the property has been replatted and is now
described as Lot 7, Block 1, and Lot 5, Block 2, Lundgren
3rd Addition, Plat 89559, Parcels 3500 and 6000, and Lot 19,
Auditor's Subdivision #309, Plat 89104, Parcel 2210, and
WHEREAS, a new storm sewer has been constructed in
Willow Lane thereby intercepting the old storm sewer outfall
and rendering said outfall unnecessary, and
WHEREAS, the property is now usable'as building sites,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Brooklyn Center to authorize the County Auditor to
reinstate the special assessments beginning in 1969 for
Sanitary Interceptor and Storm Sewer to be spread over the
remaining years of the levies from 1969 thru 1980 as follows:
Lot 7, Block 1, Lundgren 3rd, Plat 89559, Parcel 3500

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Theodore Willard and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: EarlRydberg,
Howard Heck and Theodore Willard;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
